One contract carries the whole day.
Say your vows on the sand at the WitZuit Beach Bar, or on the upper deck with the Northumberland Strait behind you. Then come upstairs for a reception for up to 150.
What we look after
The meal
Meroir, our events kitchen, cooks for your headcount and nobody else’s.
The cake
An outside baker can bring the cake.
The rooms
Your guests stay at Le Griffon, our bed and breakfast in Shediac.
Meroir, our events kitchen, cooks for much of what happens here. The room is upstairs; the oysters find their way.
The room, the meal, and a bed for the night, arranged in one conversation. Only the cake comes from elsewhere.
Beyond weddings
Banquets, business functions, team gatherings, family reunions, community events, and holiday parties. The room seats 150, with wheelchair access by the rear ramp.
Dates
Le Pavillon Parlee takes bookings from 15 May to 1 November 2027. A private booking closes the Pavillon only: the canteen and the beach bar below stay open to the beach.
