The essentials
- Where: Le Pavillon Parlee, upstairs at 221 Parlee Beach Road, Pointe-du-Chêne, New Brunswick E4P 4P1, inside Parlee Beach Provincial Park.
- When: events from 15 May to 1 November.
- How many: up to 150 seated in the hall.
- Price: per person, quoted for each event, plus HST and an 18% service charge.
- Access: wheelchair access by the rear ramp.
How it works
- Tell us about it. The date, the occasion, and roughly how many guests, through the Book of Wonders.
- Compose the menu. Around the three suppers and the season, served the way the evening calls for.
- Confirm the headcount. Meroir cooks to it, and to nothing else.
